Franco Tosi Meccanica (FTM) offers the exceptional advantage of

From manufacturing in its own workshops so as to control the
environment, to ensuring that the quality system is in line
with ISO 9000 standards, FTM makes sure that all products and services
provided are best in class. The initial phases of design and
conceptualization are conducted by highly qualified engineers and
technicians, using cutting-edge test facilities and the latest
calculations and data. All components of our turbines are created using
high precision machines, routine checks, and functional and
experimental tests. Special mention must be made of the rotor overspeed
and balancing facility up to 5,400 mm diameter as well as equipment for
boresonic inspection of rotors. In addition, data is collated from
hundreds of our turbines to verify and update our design standards, to
create future improvements and provide smooth after-sales service.
